Christopher started personal training in 2015 to empower people to achieve the unimaginable. After a motorcycle accident that left his tibia and fibula severely fractured in 2019, Chris was motivated to pursue higher education and expand his skills to help those who have been in a similar situation. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Coaching with a Kinesiology Concentration, Christopher is dedicated to guiding individuals on their fitness journey. Specializing in Lower Limb Injuries, Golf Specific Fitness and Performance, and Sports Injuries, he strives to lead clients towards optimal health and recovery. Beyond his professional endeavors, Christopher finds joy in hobbies like golf, photography, and continuous learning.
